He is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and licensed tax practitioner, multi-skilled, goal driven, highly analytical professional with more than thirty years of Industry Senior Leadership and Management experience from multi-national organizations.

His expertise and wide experience in Accounting & Compliance, Audit & Assurance, Digital transformation, Cybersecurity, Information Security Audit will support clients high-value partnerships and long-term value creation.

The Head of Business Advisory and Consulting leads all consulting engagements for SMEs, including strategic business advisory, Corporate Audit, and compliance services to diverse clients. He engages directly with clients to identify growth obstacles, design tailored solutions, and implement best-practice advisory frameworks. He also develops methodologies and tools that enhance service quality and measurable client outcomes.

He is an accomplished Chartered Accountant with over three decades of progressive experience in accounting, auditing and extensive expertise in management and financial consultancy.

He leads the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency across all service units. He oversees process improvement, Clients outsourced Service delivery quality, internal controls, and operational alignment with company strategy. He ensures that company activities run smoothly, sustainably, and in line with client expectations.

Prince Ayodele Aruleba is a chartered Accountant with wide experience in CFO finance roles, Public Accounting Practice, Compliance, Audit and Assurance. He brings on board more than 25 years of combined industry and Public Accounting Practice experience in various senior Leadership and Management roles.

The Accountant/Project Manager handles clients’ bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting. He coordinates SME Clients’ development projects, donor-funded programs, intervention schemes, multi-stakeholder initiatives, business diagnostics, feasibility studies, business plans, market research, and strategy development.

He manages project planning, timelines, resources, budgets, reporting, compliance and ensures every project achieves its intended impact, meets clients’ expectations, and aligns with contractual obligations.

Christian Nlemchi holds an accounting degree, two postgraduate degrees in Management and in structured project management frameworks. He is very passionate on the potentials of Small and Medium Enterprises which has remained underdeveloped in Nigeria. He is well skilled in Agile and Project Management Institute methodologies and experienced in leading cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, mitigating project risks and delivering value to clients.

This role manages the company’s and clients Audit, Payroll administration, Tax and compliance activities, statutory filings, new company registrations and post incorporation activities with Corporate Affairs Commission.

Tunde is an accounting graduate with over eight years progressive specialist diverse experience in Audit, Tax, compliance, payroll administration and CAC Business registration and Post Incorporation activities. He is known for proactive problem solving, attention to details and commitment to delivering desired results every time.

This role designs and delivers capacity-building programs that strengthen SME skills in finance, operations, digital transformation, marketing, and governance. She manages curriculum development, facilitator coordination, workshop execution, and training evaluation. She ensures all programs meet national standards and global best practices, enabling SMEs to compete effectively and grow sustainably.

She is an experienced Economist, Researcher and Educator. Maria Celine worked for more than a decade in a multi-national before venturing into Independent Research, Education and training

The Head of Client Relations & Partnerships manages strategic partnerships with government agencies, private-sector organizations, financial institutions, and development partners. She leads client onboarding, relationship management, satisfaction monitoring, and partnership development. Her work ensures consistent engagement, repeat business, and the expansion of the organization’s ecosystem of SME-support stakeholders.

JOY is an experienced results-driven graduate of business administration with a strong track record of identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue expansion. She is skilled in lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, and market research, with the ability to translate business needs into practical, profitable solutions.

This role provides a dependable IT Desk/Service Support for Clients and inhouse team. A professional with strong expertise in troubleshooting, technical support, and user assistance across hardware, software, and network systems. Skilled at resolving issues efficiently, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Must ensure excellent customer service, efficient problem-solving, and adherence to best practices in IT service management.

Joseph is an Information Technology graduate with excellent knowledge and experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Framework and strong documentation and reporting skills.He is well experienced supporting Windows, MacOS, mobile devices and Cloud applications.
